Information Collection and Use

Like many app operators, we collect information that your device sends whenever you use our App ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device type, operating system version, the time and date of your use, and other statistics.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your Personal Information and account data only for as long as your account is maintained by your organization's administrator or as necessary to provide you with the services of the App.

Account Information: Personal Information associated with user accounts created by the administrator is retained for the duration of the account's active lifecycle.
Log & Analytics Data: System log data and usage statistics are retained for a maximum period of 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted or fully anonymized.
If an administrator deletes a user account from the web-based admin panel, all personal data associated with that specific user is permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days.

Data Deletion & Account Erasure

We respect your right to control your data. Because user accounts in this App are provisioned and managed by a centralized web-based admin panel, users cannot directly delete their own accounts from within the device.

If you wish to have your account and all associated Personal Information permanently deleted, you can request data erasure through the following methods:

Administrative Request: Contact your organization's system administrator to remove your profile from the web admin panel.
Direct Contact / Web Request: You may submit a formal data deletion request directly to us by emailing support@codexp.in.

Upon receiving a deletion request via email, we will coordinate with the account administrator and permanently erase your data from our servers within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it for compliance or regulatory purposes.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your device. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
